A dance style of 2 key elements: gymnastics without the equipment and dance.
Dancers in acro are trained across 5 divisions:
1. Flexibility
2. Strength
3. Balancing
4. Limbering
5. Tumbling
These divisions set our dancers to be highly skilled across all levels, abilities and a wide range of skills. Acro develops a dancers confidence as well as teaching them discipline, strength and persistence in order to achieve.
Class suitable for older and more advanced dancers.
Dancers to wear clothing to enhance their body lines. Eg, leotards, leggings, crop top, shorts or unitard.
